After taking the North Wales U20W cross country title on Saturday, Sarah Livett made the trip to Cardiff to compete in the Welsh Indoor 3000m Champs on Sunday. Running with the Senior Women and the Celtic Cup athletes, showing some tiredness from the cross country in the last kilometre, Sarah won the U20W Welsh title.

On Sunday, Connor Laverty earned his first Welsh vest of the 2011/12 season competing in the triple jump for the Welsh U20 Team at the Celtic Cup indoors.
Connor improved his indoor personal best with a jump of 12.77metres in coming 3rd in the competition. His indoor pb is now some 10centimetres short of his outdoor pb.

At Saturday's North Wales XC Champs at Corwen, Menai came away with five individual champions and two team titles.
In the U11B Kieran Forrest lead the field from the start and came away with the title. He was well backed up by Morgan Powell-Jones in 3rd and Luca Bennett in 5th with the boys taking the team title.
